I recently had an upstairs neighbor's toilet overflow into my condo in the middle of the night, causing damage to my bathroom and kitchen. Marcus from Flood Doctor came out to assess the damage almost immediately after I called, and had a crew come to my place two hours later to do the immediate mitigation, with the full remediation and demolition following. After a covid-related delay, insurance sent an adjuster out this morning to view the damage, and he commented that the restoration company had done good work. Marcus was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, and made a stressful situation as easy as it could be.

Great work by the Flood Doctor Crew. Closet flooded due to the upstairs neighbors bathtub overflow. My neighbor called them to come out and help me cleanup and dry the area. They also took all my clothes that were affected and dry cleaned them for me.

It was the middle of the night and I had no where to turn. There was no hesitation when i called and Frank said he would have someone on the way. When Dave and his team got there they got everything set up and the fans started. Dave was awesome, he took the time to explain what needed to happen. He was professional yet empathetic to my situation. Once i was in touch with my builder and have everything set with them to begin repairs Dave was patient and said he would come to get the fans whenever I called and there was no rush. I am so glad I called Flood Doctor instead of any of the other remediation companies. I hope I never need to call them again but if water finds it way into my condo again I will know who to call. Thank You!

Our water heater decided to break in the middle of the night and dump 50 gallons of water into our basement. My wife contacted Flood Doctor at 3 AM and to our surprise they were at our home that same morning. The water damage was taken care of that same day and over two weeks our basement was rebuilt looking better than before. We’ve now listed our Bethesda Maryland home for sale and we could not have been happier with Flood Doctors excellent five star service restoring our basement.
